November will add NCAA College Basketball to the plethora of extensive sports coverage on AFN. And as usual the media is buzzing with bold team predictions. This year’s season will kick off on Veterans Day November 11th with the Armed Forces Classic from Honolulu, Hawaii, and the Veterans Classic at the Naval Academy.

September and October saw numerous new series and season premieres for the 2016 fall TV season on AFN. November will offer more with two returning and four thrilling new freshman series. Check the “New and Returning Series” section.

For 2016 election night on November 9th, AFN will deliver 24 hours of live dedicated coverage spread out across three channels. Real-time reporting will come from the nation’s top cable networks and will offer three distinctive viewpoints. Starting at 12am CET, 8am JKT with CNN on AFN|news, MSNBC on AFN|prime Atlantic and Fox News on AFN|prime Pacific.

Macy's Thanksgiving Day ParadeThe official start of the holiday season will be launched by the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Brought to you live from NYC with performers from stage, screen, sports and music with the many eye-catching floats and balloons – a Who’s Who of pop culture icons. Live on AFN|prime Atlantic 3pm CET, 10pm JKT. Encore on AFN|prime Pacific on Friday, November 25, 2016 at 8am JKT.

The Affair (season 3)

The AffairThis steamy drama will get a makeover for its third season. The most significant change is that it will be told from five perspectives, instead of the previous season’s four. The fifth perspective will be one of an entirely new character played by French actress Irène Jacob, who will portray a new love interest.

Shooter (new)

ShooterThis new series is based on the best-selling Bob Lee Swagger novel by Stephen Hunter, Point of Impact, and the 2007 Paramount film. This conspiracy thriller series follows the journey of Bob Lee Swagger, a highly-decorated veteran who is coaxed back into action to prevent a plot to kill the President.

Eyewitness (new)
AFN|spectrum 7:00pm (CET/JKT) Tuesday, November 29th
EyewitnessTaking place in the small town of Tivoli New York, the story starts in a cabin with drug-related multiple murders involving heroin smuggling. What should seem like an open and shut case of a drug deal gone wrong is complicated by a number of factors: one of the dead men was an FBI informant, the killer was somehow caught up with a nearby kingpin’s 17-year-old daughter, and there are two very reluctant eyewitnesses to the crime.
